Get help. Email info@eamdesign.nl. For a problem with the app, include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version and what you were trying to do. Please leave out boarding passes and other personal information.
Report an airport update. In the app, open the airport and choose Report update. Tell us what changed and include the terminal, gate area or security side if you know it. An optional photo can help the review team. Use a photo that does not show people, boarding passes or other personal information.
Before you go. Airport rules, opening hours and access can change. Follow airport signs and staff instructions and leave enough time for security and boarding.
